All fees for our services will be clearly communicated prior to the commencement of any work.
Payments are due as specified in the service agreement. Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 50% per month.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not received as agreed.
WeBoth parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation will survive the termination of this agreement. We utilise industry-standard practices to protect sensitive information, but we cannot guarantee security against unauthorised access.
Any materials, documentation, or work products produced by SJP Business Development as part of our services shall remain the intellectual property of the Company until full payment for services has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the specific deliverables will be transferred to the Client. The Company retains the right to use project outcomes and general knowledge gained during the course of the engagement for educational and promotional purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SJP Business Development shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. In any event, our liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Should we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
